Pennsylvania Homeowner Assistance Fund

PAHAF has temporarily paused accepting new application submissions as of February 1, 2023.

Day-to-day operations of the program have transition from a third-party vendor to Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA). For more information on the program pause, please visit the PAHAF website.

If you do not have an application in the PAHAF system and have received an ACT91/6 Notice, Notice of Intent to Foreclose, Sheriff Sale Notice, or utility shut-off notice, alternative resources are available during the program pause.
